I’m Ronnie Chan — Founder of SOLD Studio, based in Singapore. After 15+ years as a studio founder, I’m moving into my next chapter: integrated team leadership and product-scale impact from inside a high‑growth team. My BBA in Marketing & Finance from NUS means I connect business objectives to design decisions — not just aesthetics to briefs.

As founder of SOLD Studio, I led cross‑functional project teams of 3–8 designers and engineers across brand, product, and systems work for clients like Nippon Paint, Cordlife, sgCarMart, UOB, BNP Paribas, and Boston Scientific. The Nippon Paint ecommerce platform alone drove a +43% revenue uplift — these weren’t vanity projects, but real business problems solved with design.

I’m a hands‑on design lead: working directly with C‑levels and PMs, setting direction and quality for small squads rather than managing a large org from distance. I work best where the brief is hard and the stakes are real, and I’m looking to bring that founder mindset into an in‑house or embedded leadership role where I can mentor teams, build design systems, and own the product lifecycle from the inside.
