Overview

HomeRenoGuru is Singapore’s leading home renovation marketplace. Despite its market dominance, a fragmented user journey and legacy digital tools were suppressing lead quality. The mission was to build a unified three-surface ecosystem—B2C portal, consumer mobile app, and merchant CRM—that streamlined the connection between homeowners and verified contractors.

Methodology

I implemented an atomic design system to ensure seamless component reuse across web and mobile. We focused on a 'Pinterest for Renovation' UX strategy, introducing smart filters and a high-fidelity 'Design Gallery' that allows homeowners to find inspiration and connect with contractors instantly. The merchant CRM was rebuilt from the ground up to reduce contractor response times through real-time lead routing.
