Overview

Nippon Paint's B2B division faced a significant infrastructure challenge: three dispersed technical platforms were causing brand fragmentation and staff inefficiencies. Specifiers and field staff were using dated, desktop-dependent tools that didn't serve the realities of a modern job site.

Methodology

I led the consolidation of these dispersed platforms into a single, unified digital ecosystem. This required the development of a master atomic design system to ensure visual cohesion. A mobile-first Staff Dashboard was engineered to empower field operations with real-time data access, replacing manual, legacy workflows with digital-first efficiency.
